During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the kind and polite staff at this hotel. They always went out of their way to assist me, even if they didn't know English very well. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel was also excellent. The rooms were always tidy and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. the location of the hotel was perfect - it was conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to get around and enjoy my time in the city.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. One of them was the limited breakfast options, especially as a vegetarian.
